Rich Fruit Dundee Cake

sun-ripened fruits enriched with fresh Irish eggs.

This cake is made using real stem ginger, which makes McCambridge Ginger Cake deliciously different and tasty.

McCambridge’s traditional Irish Porter Cake is made from an old farmhouse recipe using Irish Stout.
