Ice Cream
McCambridge’s market their own brand of Real
Irish Ice Cream.
The flavours include :
- Rum and Raisin
- Vanilla
- Irish Cream liqueur
- Lemon
- Chocolate and Almond
- Brown Bread
All the flavours used are natural flavourings.
The Vanilla ice cream is made by infusing vanilla pods in the ice
cream custard.
The brown bread ice cream is made by combining demerara sugar with
McCambridge brown bread crumbs and caramelising it in the oven and
then adding it to the ice cream custard.
